I am only basing my opinion on my experiences. Obviously, you have read good things about them and recommended them. The filter setup you "should" use is http://www.moranmotorsports.com/products/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=32_67&products_id=163 That's the filter that is on most of the atomizer setups I've played with.
Care to share some of your experiences? Funny he does not list that filter with his injectors, but a weldon 10 micron filter is what is recommended.

Not publicly. Mike's a good guy and has developed a product that filled a void in the industry. If you want, give me a call before you purchase.

when i bought my 275's from him he pushed his filter set up. found filter from system one and holder from peterson 200 total for both.

injectors work great just not for a street car

How does that 10micron weldon element affect the filters flow rate? It might not flow enough fuel to feed 6 of the 225's at full tilt. That's probably the reason for his larger element and canister.

You can also get the billet atomizer injectors up to 225's through Alan Kennedy. He was telling me last weekend about a special set of 160 billet atomizers he did for a small 6 cylinder that would open at lower pulse widths to help with idling. He may be able to do the same with 225's. I'm sure Dusty Bradford could help you with injectors from Alan also.

If you look on morans site, he list the weldon filter for 235's, his big dick model and weldon for the 275's and the big dick model only on the 500's.I have also spoke with alan about his injectors and that might be the right choice if i can get away with them.

Based upon your signature, you should not be running out of injector if you're running gasoline. Are you sure your fuel system is up to the task? The 160's have been in the 7's on two TSO cars with d/c in the 80%'s. Once you get around 1400 fwhp, I bump the base pressure up.

Not running out yet but based on my calculations, I'll be at 90% duty cycle @ about 1200 RWHP. Looking at my logs, I peaked at 73% on my 928 RWHP pull but was running a little rich.

kenny duttweiler just dynoed my wifes hit 100% dc has to bump up press with 160's

I'm a dealer for the 225# atomizers if you decide to go that route. I have used a 10 micron and a 40 micron filter with them with good success but I prefer the larger 40 micron in stainless material rather than the paper 10 micron. The paper can crush under the higher pressures. I have not had any issues with a 100 micron between the tank and pump and a 40 micron after the pump. As for making them idle. I put a set in a classic fast system and had no issues at all making them idle at 13.5 afr. They are much better than the old 212# siemens.

I can get a 13.5 afr to at 1100 rpm with the atomizers i get my 160's at 750 with a 14.1 afr
