not sure if these are for aftermarket downpipes or the stock elbow , but I guess you could always modify it

Cut that bitch off. Weld on a V-band

While your at it, cut the 3 bolt flange off the header and weld on a 4 bolt.

While your at it, cut a hole in the approach to the turbo and weld in a strait section of tubing and another little V-band and mount up an external wastegate and vent it to the atmosphere.

While your at it, order a new turbo!

Maybe I could use 2 or 3 gaskets stacked up?? 2 copper and a graphite or 1 copper and 2 graphite.... Hmm

Cut it off and mill it flat and weld back on

If you have some big Kant Twist clamps you can clamp to some angle plates and mill after carefully indicating without cutting it off

For the hell of it, I took a gamble and bolted it up. No gaskets just a small film of HTRTV. It works great. No leaks!!

I was gonna suggest that but the ultra high temp stuff is only rated to 700 but have used on manifolds before and it worked so what the hell
I believe turbo exhaust temps reach 1000 , but if it works it works , don't worry it will be rusted together before ya know it

I’m going to say it is fine throw some high temp RTV on her and bolt it up . I’ve seen flanges a lot worse then yours . At least yours is somewhat flat from the belt sander .
