That's weird about having to oval out the holes more.

I have a trans cooler mounted to the front of the x-bracing in that space. How much space would you say is between the intercooler and that bracing?

their are pretty long tabs on the bottom.to where you can pull the bottom of intercooler forward or backwards.you might have to put the cooler behind the x bars.

What do you have on the intake to make it high enough to clear the MAF pipe? A spacer? Different upper intake and throttle body? Just thinking for down the road

i have stock intake with rjc thing and a 70 mm tb.it clears the pipe perfectly.i think the pipe i have is 2.5in(air filter)

i didnt have any issue.but if you have the bigger one you would probably have the issue.

went to the track last night.i was very pleased with the outcome.
last year the best trap was 122 @28# and i was running some 110 topped off on 91 oct with alky 28" tall tires and stock duttweiler IC.
i only made one run.the differrence was new FMIC ,26" tires and 91oct sspraying alky @ 19# of boost.
11.76@120mph with 1.88 60 '.
0 knock.....sweet!!!!!!

my rpm was the same .through the traps.
another thing very important was my iat was 79degrees at the end of run.it was 75 outside.
last year i was running around same oa temp but by the time i was at the 1/8 mile i was pegged @25o.
thats a BIG difference.

Where is your iat sensor? pre or post meth?

you just reminded me i also have the iat in the intake .

So 250 was in the up pipe pre meth, and now its in the upper plenum post meth? Im still sure it came WAY down. Thanks for your review on this. It's on my list of things but I think a Dusty converter is hovering at the top right now.

yeah kinda sucks i moved it,before the test.but i replaced my engine harness with caspers stock unit.decided to get rid of the question on a wiring issue anywhere.so i moved it and added an aem 3.5 map also.nice to have it out of the way now.
i also note that i didnt drill out my uppipe for alky.i put it on the rubber between pipe and tb.no problems with it that way.
