Looking for seat motor part

I'm looking for this one piece in specific I guess it's the motor that spins and adjust the drivers seat I need a 100% functional one that works good heres a pic of wat I'm looking for ..... Please provide a pic and ur price I'm located in Cali 92805 thanx
