looking to buy new tires, any ideas?

Looking to buy new tires, i was going to buy M/T E.T. Streets again, but with all the rain here in south florida and the fact , that at 35mph, she fish tails, i was wondering if any one has had any luck with the

which run about $140 -speed rating of S. I could really use some help, i don'y see me getting to the track anytime soon, what do you suggest? thanks in advance.

i ran the nittos, good tire although i wouldnt trust any d/r in wet weather

So long as you don't get a supercar F1 ridiculous design you should be okay. Alot of hi po sedans have some pretty sporty all season sport tires. I don't know how old you are but us old folks used to drive in the snow with rear wheel drive and summer tires-unfathomable I know. Lots of guys here are still driving their brand new high hp Mustang on icy streets. Its an art form ya know. Of course we don't have bumper to bumper highway FLA traffic either.

What size rims do you have? The Nitto 555 is a great tire but not in 15's. You will need at least 17's.

The 555R is available in 15's but they are DR's. As said above don't trust any DR in the rain.

I think you can get NT05s in 15 right?

Nitto drag radials work fine in the rain with a little tread on them.

Leave some.

You do need to use your brain to right foot connection when driving in the rain with the power/work/torque we have.

What's this trust no dr in the rain stuff? I have driven my nitto 555r's in a torrential downpour with no issues, yeah it's a good idea to be a little more cautious but that's with any tire. It's not like they are trying to kill you or something. For that matter i have driven them in the snow as well.
