Lost Boost

Was on the highway with my 86GN and running fine, deciided to give her some juice, but everything didn't work properly. I could hear the turbo spool up but the boos was going somewhere other then the engine(the boost gauge was only reading 4psi). I did a pressure test on the intercooler and surrounding pipes and still didn't find the air I was losing was wondering if anyone has any ideas, or has encountered this problem!

Check all your hoses. They will sometimes split. They are very hard to see sometimes. Also check you waste gate arm that it did not fall off. After this do you still have a cat? If so check to make sure it is not plugged. These should give you a start.

well I already have checked the hoses and intercooler, and yes the wastegate arm is still attached, I'm going to have to check the cat. Is that a common problem? anyways thanks for the help!
