This might be something easily solved, but I recently put my stock turbo back on the car while I have the TA49 fixed. I am running the Power Plate and the SMC kit and have had great success.
I am using a Lubrant 93 chip with 20° of timing. I was also running 24lbs of boost with 0 to <3 of KR in top gear and had minimal to 0 transitional KR.
Then I had problems with the pump not coming on and was getting lots of KR. Steve C fixed it very quickly and life was good again. Sorta....
I installed the stock turbo and have the wastegate rod set to 20lbs of boost (actually thats the most it will make now)
I am getting anywhere from 7-10° of KR now. Its crazy with O2's of 830+
As stated, I have the pump speed maxed and the spray on point around 14lbs.
I have tried to mess with it, but nothing seems to work. I dont feel its a fuel problem. I am curious if maybe the pump is going bad or intermittently not turning on. I know it sprays since it will bog the engine down when hitting the test button at idle.
Anyone ever have a similar problem??

I did. My problem was when I went to the dual nozzle, my bottle wouldn't reach, so I was running 2 braided lines end to end. After chasing several ideas, I hit the test button with the hood open and could see alky spraying everywhere. The 2 braided lines wouldn't seel together.

So my suggestion, see if there is a leak somewhere.

Thats what I was thinking. Mine had a pretty good spray with just the test button. I couldn't imagine what it looked like with the pump on max and 25psi of boost pushing against it.

Take the hose off the nozzle and test it full on. Should be a good free stream out of the hose, watch where you spray it. ;)

Next check the nozzle for obstructions, I had to clean mine out with a fine drill once due to some crud in it.

Make sure it bogs right down while driving slowly and testing full pump speed.

Just my .02, learned the hard way.
