Low idle knock

At low idle the car stumbles and chatters on the bottom end. Sounds fine when you rev it and it builds boost fine. Any ideas?

check for vacuum leaks all hose leading to the vacuum block.

I'll say loose intercooler bolts and/or loose torque converter bolts.

I would check Converter bolts , balancer bolt (220ft-lbs), and your intercooller bracket hardware.

About 99% sure it is piston slap. It goes away for the most part after it warms up.

Debating on doing a 5.3 swap with a turbo.

And I'm just saying that if you head that direction and your sure its internal and not a quick fix. Ls swaps are awesome but if it were me I would fix it. I'm just one of those people that think a gn isn't a gn without a turbo 6.
