lower ball joint removal?

I have the front lower control arms off the car and was wondering if I can remove the lower ball joints with a BFH or do they need to be pressed out?

Try not to hit control arm with hammer. need press to put back in. You can rent press from auto zone

NO BFH. Like he said, Autozone and get a balljoint press.
