Yeah, thats it. No offense but the LS1 stuff has long since surpassed anything the buick stuff was capable of. Now with the new blocks theres going to be 2000+ HP drivers out there.
Tom, thats weird they banned you. I've seen plenty of buick related stuff over there (lots of members from here are members there) and the buick guys get alot of respect. Theres even a "turbo 6" avitar on their list of av's members can use. But it is a business (ALL BB's are a business, on some level), and they take the non sponsor stuff seriously. I don't agree with it, but its their backyard and they can kick you out if they want. FWIW, I've seen WAAAAAY more favoritism and sponsor protecting here than anywhere. If an LS1tech sponsor screws you, the administrators will help YOU out, which isn't always the case here. I seem to remember threads and posts being deleted regarding tranny companies that weren't PTS, and negative experiences with certain sponsors all of a sudden disappear. I got dicked by a sponsor/owner here awhile back, who would help me? Thats right, no one. This site was used as a personal advertisement for a couple guys and anything that might effect them in a negative manner went by-by. I've seen respected sponsors get a public repremand from admins on LS1tech when stuff goes bad.
The irony is that the Buick guys are supposed to be "fast with class", but most of them feel the need to bash anything that isn't a TR. Meanwhile the F body and mustang guys (for the most part) have nothing but good comments for TR's.
So even though the fast LS1 guys can pretty much walk all over your buick, they don't come over here and kick sand in your faces.
