I have a set of aluminum M&A's with all related hardware. They have already been surfaced, valves have been ground, conical roller cam valve springs installed and the 1.6 ratio roller rockers, valve covers and matching hold-down bolts are included. I bought these heads NEW and have not had one minute's problem with them.....NO CRACKS....NEVER BEEN WELDED...EVER. These heads have not been full ported. I have gasket matched the ports and have cleaned up the ports some....not a lot though. These heads flow 19 CFM more than Champion's (out-of-box aluminum heads) at low lift. At .100 lift they flow 79cfm compared to Champion's 60 CFM! I flowed just one port on these heads at Richard Clarks place using his flow bench so giving his reputation you know the machine was set up correct.

These won't last long, I'd buy them if I didn't already have a set! With valve covers and rollers, what a deal for someone that wants to make some power
 
Just wanted to add...I have two sets of pushrods and I forgot which ones go with these heads. If anyone knows how long the pushrods are suppose to be THAT WAS SHIPPED with the heads when new...please let me know.
 
These are 14 bolt heads so they will fit both stock and stage engine blocks.
 
So these will bolt on and ythe stock intake and all brackets will work?

Yes, they will work with the stock intake and brackets. The right valve cover is cast with a notch to clear the A/C. These were made as a complete bolt on for the GN. You will have to get valve cover gaskets and breathers to fit. I used cork gaskets and push-in breathers.

These heads are available again.


I have had questions about the sleeves in the push rod holes. The sleeves were already in the heads when I bought them NEW from Modern Muscle at the Buick GS Nationals. The sleeves are there because when they drilled the holes for the push rods they broke through into the ports. The same thing happened with the two center long head bolt holes. It does not hamper airflow at all. I was also concerned about if it would effect airflow but it was insignificant.


These heads are ready to bolt on and go!
