MAF sensor flakey- directscan file attached

Can anyone tell WTF is going on here? This is with +6.3% WOT fuel added in my turbotweak chip. The MAF WOT values are sputtering and there is a nasty knock retard from the 1st gear boost spike. See attached directscan file.
