Yes, that was one of Kenne-Belle's MAF pipes with the internal vane propeller which was designed to produce a convex swirl in the air stream en-route to the turbo intake. Like many of their products which were proclaimed to add HP and increase performance, this one did nada! One of my favorite ones is the up pipe which had a water jacket around it hooked up to a pump and circulated ice water from the window washer reservior around the up pipe. Very early form of cooling the intake charge like alky. They had some cool stuff and I still have one of their catalogs from 1990.
