well the only thing I can add is people DO pay big $$$ for vanity plates

I heard something on the radio several months ago about a vanity plate being sold overseas. I can't remember what country it was. It's a big status thing to have a low numbered plate. Plate number one sold for well over a million dollars. Possibly Dubai
