I noticed this thread earlier. As soon as I saw the title, I had an idea of how this would probably go. I was dead on with my prediction, too. And I have to agree with the masses.

In related news, FINALLY my state DMV office started processing my new personalized tag. DRKCYDE. :D Luckily I didn't have to "buy the rights to it" from anyone except the state of LA.

I also have up for sale, the rights to the name McLovin on an Illinois Drivers License. Contact me if interested. Gold coins accepted.

Strong comeback after 10 days...um, I'm gonna take a guess here and assume noone wants the rights to your vanity plate...Ebay maybe? they buy pretty much anything.

Almost spit out my dinner after reading that! What I want to know is how does one come up with the low price of $250? KBB? BBUSA?

well the only thing I can add is people DO pay big $$$ for vanity plates:p

I heard something on the radio several months ago about a vanity plate being sold overseas. I can't remember what country it was. It's a big status thing to have a low numbered plate. Plate number one sold for well over a million dollars. Possibly Dubai:confused:
