mcmaster carr nozzles

Hi fellows, I'm from the DSM camp. I'm not sure how may of you guys use mcmaster carr nozzles, but they are real cheap and offered in a bunch of flow rates. Check out www.mcmastercarr.com and search for "mist nozzle".

They are not easy to mount though because the head is bigger than the threaded section. I am making some custom mounts for us DSM guys. If any of you are interested, check out

What are they made of? Something corrosion resistant? Stainless, brass?

the kit will consist of a brass nipple, a custom brass double threaded sleeve, and a stainless steel bung. Basically the bung gets welded onto your IC pipe, the nozzle screws into the sleeve, and the nipple screws into the sleeve on the other end. Then the whole sleeve screws into the bung on the IC pipe. Attach the water hose at the nipple. I will be providing aluminum bungs instead of SS on request. (in case your IC pipe is aluminum). Again , check out the link I sent to the yahoo groups.
