SignUp Now!I have that "Iceman" interview on DVD. One of the most interesting programs I have ever seen.
That guy was truly a cold hearted monster. I remember when he stated that he shot some dude on his motorcycle at a red light with a cross bow of all things just to see if it would kill someone. No contract hit, just for an experiment. Sick fuk!
Should make for a great movie tho.
Definatly a great idea for a movie, I think rourke would be perfect for that part.
Not that it matter now since he's dead, nor did it matter when he admitted to killing those (3) guys since he was never getten out of jail anyways but im suprised he was not charged by the GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigations) with those murders. Or any of the others he admitted to.Yep I seen that on HBO. He was definitely an interesting character to say the least. I like the one story he told about his younger days where he was on some road in Georgia and these three guys in a van decided to try and run him off the road. He pulled over to the side of the road, went to the trunk and took out his .357 revolver, and apparently these guys had poor vision cause they walked up towards him and he shot all of them dead!Got back in his car and drove off. The psychiatrist asked him if the guys committed a capitol offense and deserved to be killed and he replied something to the effect of "Well I did kill them, so they must've at that point in time".
I would like to read the book Philip Carlo did on him, it seems like he was made into this monster by his screwed up wacko parents especially his father Stanley. Rourke seems pretty good at playing the sick phuck roles so he should do a good job.
I think the most interesting thing was that he lived in a nice neighborhood and was a devot family man.
Very true. He was kinda like the "real life" Tony Soprano.
U maken that up?The Soprano's was created because of the Ice Man tapes.
Im not sure I have ever heard of anyone quite like him but ur right tho there are many similar to him that have simply never been caught.i can honestly say he's not the only one as we read about people like him and there are plenty who live among us every day.
