Micro polishing the crank?

I am getting ready to replace the bearings in my block. Stock motor with 130k on it. Should I get the crank polished and if so should this effect the bearing sizes or should I still get away with standard bearing sizes?

If you get the crank polished you should still be good to go with standard bearings. Maybe a .001 at most. That's if it polishes. Definitely send the crank out. I'd rather have it cut 10/10 than have crappy surfaces. HTH. james
