Microsoft "Online Crash Analysis"?

Occasionally, I get a popup stating there is an error in internet explorer and it asks me to send a reoport to Micrososft Online Crash Analysis at oca.microsoft.com. Is this legit....something new? With all the viruses and hackers, I get leary when asked to send data out from my computer.

Came out with IE 5 I beleive and a standard with XP.. The purpose is to help them with faulty software so they can potentially include a fix on the next version or update.. I personally don't send crap to those bastards.. None of thier business what my machine and configuration is..And unless they are going to pay me for sending problem information I am not going to contribute to the cause..
