When car is in park and tv cable is disconnected from throttle lever ,,I can pull cable to full tv and get 270 psi as i release the tv cable to min throttle the pressure will stay between 150 to 225 depending if I went 1/2 or 3/4 or wot throttle,,,,,,if i shut engine off pressure will drop to 110 psi, car does start in second gear when I GO OVER 1/2 THROTTLE OPENING AND THE PROBLEM STARTS........I can drive all day with the car and if i just use a slight throttle opening ,,,problem will never happen.....2004r shift kit 572 boost valve,,etc ,,,,,,,cable ok,,,,,,

Sticky T.V. valve or sticky pressure regulator or boost valve. Could also be sticky pump slide if the clearance is too tight. :)

I went for a drive this morning and noticed that problem did not happen till trans got warmed up .

SOS.....Checked all valves in valve body ,no binding or wear of sleaves and replaced boost valve and pressure valve ,no binding ,,trans still does the same problem as soon as trans gets to operating temp and you go over 1/2 open throttle my trans pressure guage will stick at about 150 psi or more and will only come down if i shut the engine and restart it .....HELP TRANS GURUS

Try backing off cable adjustment about 1/8" I had a car that would 2nd gear start, I backed off the cable and it cured the problem and did not affect shift points or detent downshifts. Something to try...

Chances are it is the .572 boost valve.
The ONE I used (from a sponsor here) was junk, machining was piss poor quality, looked like it was lathed out in a hurry.
Same symptoms it would get hot and pressures would go crazy.

IMO even if the machining was OK, the .572 boost valve leaves the end of the sleeve too thin and even if it is OK, you could damage it on install.

Others have also seen issue with the .572 boost valves getting stuck. Recently talking to another builder whohad VERY similar symptoms to your and it ended up being the .572 boost valve. A standard .500 valve took care of a repeated hot sticking issue.

IMO,
Just pull it and put a .500 boost valve in there and see what happens. Check the .572 and see how it feels, and also post pics of it. There are a couple of places making them now. I'm curious where yours is from and to see the machining.

I did every possible aside thing from changing the case as one trasmission man wanted me to do ,then I started to send out private emails and cris at ck and don wg both suggested I drill out the tv transfer holes ,SINCE I had criss manuel ,I phoned him and he pointed out the holes that had to be opened up......WELL trans is working fine and I thank everybody that took the time to give me a shout.:)
