Looks like he was still alive, and if they were able to keep him alive I am sure he will be taken to a Bass Pro Shops or something. They try NOT to kill stuff that big...
 
:eek: I love catfish....Get the grease heated up...naw I bet it would taste like sh*t because it's so big.
 
Looks like they were trying to keep it alive. BPS has several large fish in their freshwater tanks in the stores.
 
The last record fish, "the 124-pound blue catfish that Tim Pruitt of Godfrey caught May 22, 2005", died in transit to Cabella's. My opinion, after confirmation of its' record by authorities, it should have been released.
