I need to verify if my motor mounts are mounted on the correct sides of the block. Anyone know of a way of confirming this? I don't have the block in front of me right now, so I'm not aware if there are part numbers or markings on the mounts.... I'm trying to finger out why the mounts were such a bear to get lined up last time I had the motor out. I have the motor out right now and should be putting it back in very soon. I'd hate to have to fight those damned things like my buddy and I had to do last winter. I swear we must have fought them for 5 hours or more!! If they are indeed incorrectly installed, that might be the reason as to why my THDP has so little clearance and tends to rattle off the side of the body and exhaust manifold, thus setting off the knock sensor at launch. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
