Mounting stock shifter

Converting from a column shift to floor shift. Where do you put the mounting bracket for the stock shifter and where do you drill the hole for the shift cable?

I HAVE done a search and I have seen a few threads asking this question, but none with an answer.

Please help. Pretty much ready to finish this project.

Not for sure, but I would bet that the factory mounting tabs are there from the factory and maybe even the cable hole. I would install an aftermarket ratchet shifter like a quicksilver. It is made for a 2004R and a TH400. Fits under the stock console too. Looks sweet!

You need someone with there car apart to take measurements and some pics. If you bring it up here I will pull the console out of one mine and measure before I install.
