muffler question

Hey everyone, I have a muffler question. I live in communist Massachusetts and I just failed inspection because my exhaust is too loud. I have a 3" dual cat back with 40 series flowmasters on it. Can anyone recommend 3" mufflers that are quiet but still flow well? Or should I just get a new single shot or something like that? Any advice will be helpful,

Magniflows are nice I have the 2.5'' mufflers and like them.

Single shot would be a LOT louder.

DynoMax Ultra Flows are pretty quiet and still straight through.
