New best 10.49 @ 128, 1.44 60' time!! Coming out of the hole at 4800 rpm's, and pulling the tires 26-28"... 
Only change was a pro-systems.com 1050 dumpinator. I picked up some e.t. and mph with the change. The little 468 liked it!!

congrats whats the race weight now? still 3020?It was a really fun season, that's for sure. I played around a little and made a couple of small changes. Best to date was that 10.49@128, 1.44 60' pass made this past spring.
For next year we talked about running in the 9's, but the budget wont allow. I got stupid and went and got married.
So we are looking to put the car down in the 10-teens and have some fun.
New combo for 2010:
454 .060 over 2 bolt block
GM forged crank
Eagle rods
SRP, 12.9:1 pistons
Edelbrock RPM alum heads, 2.25/1.88 valves
Custom cam 271/279, .640/.640, 108 lsa
victor intake
Prosys 1050 dominator
gzms vacuum pump
Hooker 2241 supercomp headers 2x3.5"
Also adding front bars to run from the cage, through the firewall, to the front frame horns. Those will be the only changes of note. We're going to run this combination for a couple years until we can do a 496 to push us down in the 9's...

Dump in a little N2O and it will run 9's with ease. A 75 shot should do it. Suspension is working really well
Don't think I didn't think about it.
There is roughly $750 worth of safety equipment that has to be purchased, as well as hanging a net. We're on a shoestring budget now. I'm cool with waiting, though. For my setup it has to be deadly consistent for bracket racing in the ET points races. Someday I'd like to go to headsup racing with the PSCA, but for now I'm just a bracket hump. :biggrin:

man lookin good bro i kinda miss the old big blocks as matter a fact i just might build one next yr with a bad azz turbo and fuel inj. but i still like the little v/6s. think its time for change and your picture has got me thinking.thanks keep up the good work looks great.

those 468's love a lil nitrous played with one out of hs it went 6.30's on motor an 5.90's on a lil shot in the 1/8 with factory worked iorn closed chambered heads in a 72 vega GT
Thanks, guys. It's a bracket car, so naturally aspirated is really important. I'd love to put a turbo or nitrous on it and go play with the big boys in heads up, but for right now I have to settle for PBR (left of motor), and hanging in the low tens. Thanks again.

The first day I only made 3 passes. We had some troubles with the crank pulley but got it sorted out...
On sunday we came back out and made a 10.11 pass. Here are the incrementals...
