OK, I know this is not a turbo related question but I don't know where else to look and I have been looking all morning.

I have a NA 87 with a barrel Rochester 210 dualjet carb set up. I cannot find what the hell this part is or a means of replacing it. Its looks like an ECU controlled throttle body that does not have any part numbers on it that mean anything. It was made by Sylvania and the carb sits on top of it and looks like it will rot away into my intake.

What I am thinking is that if this part is going to be hard to replace, I want to drill off the corroded grids that are attached to it and just go without them. This would be a temporary fix to keep it on the road until I have the money for a new engine.

I also haven't had any luck finding a rebuild kit other than this company the Carburetor factory. Anyone ever deal with them?

Honestly, throw it away and replace it with thick gasket. It's suposed to help at warm up and only then.

Thanks for all the input

Found the spacer for $25 on ebay. Should have checked back here before I hit the buy now button dammit.
