Anyone up for one? I just got my GN, and im ready to chill with the rest of the GN/Ttype guys... If any of u are from CT, maybe we can take a trip up to the pike one night and all hang out up there? Or we can have a get together at a park, share some info, take pics and have a good time? Anyone down?

Whereabouts are you in CT? I'm in Manchester. Haven't been to the Pike in years....I'm game though. Let me know when and I'll let ya know if I have the car dialed in at that time (still tuning after winter project)

Yeah that sounds cool....let me know when you wanna go, I have to call him tomorrow and ask him about a turbo rebuild, timing chain and valve springs to see if he has them in stock. Some car shows should be coming up soon....when I get the car running again I'll be going to 'em

I'm gonna be heading up there tomorrow after work, Jack's gonna let me know if the turbo is shot. Gotta make an appointment to have him put in a line lock too, maybe the week after next. But I'm up for a trip to Cotton's anytime.

norwich has a car show in july alot of cars but never any gn or t `s anybody game for that let me know and i can get the forms i know one of the sponsers and he wants to get some gn`s there this year

Hey Rob what kind of show is there in Norwich?

Just show cars or more of a cruise-in atmosphere.

My GN is "almost" clean but no show car.

I am thinking car show then Casino...

it does not matter the condition of your car they have "in progress" cars like mine.my 85 is beat up they just want to see the gn`s there there is cruise nights at a dealer ship during the summer and once again no gns even the shape my car is in people drool so if you or anybody else wants info i will post it.it is around the 25 of july if i am not mistaken admission for cars is free i am in hopes to get a bunch of gns down here this year

Now if you can get Mark H. from Branford to show up that would be a car that should be able to take home a trophy, yeah one of those big ones.

The work on the GN should be "almost" complete by then.

i went down to the dealer to get the info for july`s car show.the thing is when i went to back out of the lot my car would not shift into drive(the shifter)so i put it in park andwith the car running slid under neath to see what was wrong and when i did it jumped into drive and proceeded to run me over man i feel like a dumbass guess we learn as we go......

J&M has added car show, cruise type , bring anything to the dyno day on april 20th, maybe after that we can all go to the pike to see some of those nice wings at Hooters...... this is the chance for all of us ct guys to get together...... there should be a couple of twin turbo cars on hand

salvage, car does not need to be pretty to come to show. we need all the ct TRs to show up in force, we know that there is a lot of TRs out there and this is the chance for us all to get together, plus there will be other cars there im sure, any turbo car is nice.... the owner has a real fast supercharged nova,one customer has an older GTO that is real nice, injected & supercharged, i think he will be there,along with any other nice projects that the shop is working on...
