Need A High Performance 2004R

Hey folks, I'm not a GN owner, but a Corvette owner. I'm looking for a place that can build/sell me a very high performance 2004R. Must be able to support at least 500hp. I read the sticky post in this section about the modifications that should be done to the tranny, and I'd like to find a reliable shop that can do all this. If anybody knows of a place, please let me know. Thanks in advance folks!

Mike Kurtz of Century Trans has alot of experience with these and is in TX.

PTS and CKPerformance also build units but are quite a ways away.

I'm in Denton TX and build them on a limited basis.

None of your options are cheap though...

At 500 hp I would install the billet forward drum at a minimum as well as all the hydraulic upgrades and the additional OD clutch, good band and servo...

PTS or CK can make other recommendations if they feel you need anything else..

Do you have phone numbers/websites for any of these people? I'm comfortable spending about $2000-$2500 on this transmission. I pretty much want something almost bulletproof.
