ya I heard alot of great things about that grill but I needed something quick and easy so went with weber. I heard food taste amazing on that grill. Have fun!
ROTFLMAO Good one!!! LOL...Grill, Cover, 2 bags pellets on a BBQ07 (model number I think) was $622 to me. He is a friend of mine and said I got a good deal which means he probably laid the pipe to me![]()

He must not have hammered you too badly - amazon.com has five or six sellers in the $680-700 range with shipping, and I bet they don't include the cover and pellets you also got. The Jr. model looks to be about $400 but I don't think it includes the electronic controls, sigh. I want more than my little propane hibachi, but I just don't grill enough to step up that far, yet, so I'll just have to keep on living vicariously by hanging around Adam at the races
.
Pull the trigger, you'll be happy you did.
Everyone who eats food off a traeger will evetually own one:biggrin:
Ain't that right...
I ate food from Dustys last year at BG. Then from Adam C's at Reynolds.
I just recived my Texas model Traeger last week and absolutely love it. It is plain awesome. Cooked pizza on it yesterday for lunch. Had dogs and burgers in the evening. Had some unbelievable pork loins on it Wednesday. I absolutely do not regret the investment.
If you are interested in one, I don't think you can beat these deals... Traeger Grills
Don't take this wrong, but if you decide to buy a grill from them, let me know to refer you to them. They give a referal fee in store credit there. LOL... Why not take advantage if I can...
My Texas was $999. I know it seems like a lot, but you will love it. It definately helps when you have ate off one to understand how awesome they are. I will have mine at BG this year, and will be in the circle track area most likely. I am brining my Suncoupe and it will not be easy to miss.
Here is a couple pics of mine when I got it put together and was seasoning it...
