need help to raise 1-2 and 2-3 part throttle shifts?

what parts need to be modifed to increase 1-2 shift mph at part throttle and 2-3, but i have already drilled the governor with 1 .1/8" hole and this has not increase part throttle shifts at all so far, wide open is 5500 1-2 and 4900 2-3. Want 5500 2-3 and keep 1-2 the same?

Also once the car is about about 25 mph and you hit it it will not downshift sometimes in to 1 and stays in 2nd and the car bogs
 
are you using a spring on the primary weight? if so lose it.
I think its supposed to weigh like 37.4 grams, i had a heavier one and it shifted too early and wouldnt down shift unless i was going really slow.
 
I think there is only one spring and its light blue
 
new testing by us has uncovered that replacing the shift valve sleeves in the brf code will raise part throttle and wide open throttle shift points.some applications can benefit fro m a shift tv sleeve change with a larger tv upshift valve land and introduce a 300 rpm change at part throttle and 100 at wot.primary weight is done in first geat at about 4000 rpms of the driveshaft which is a very low road speed.the primary spring doesnt do nothing more than a 100rpm change either.shift tv sleeves are our new area of focus and the benefits are surely available with the right combination of patience and parts
 
I think you made a mistake and meant the primary weight is out off the picture above 4000 engine rpm in 1st gear. I think my 1-2 shift is under 15 mph, due to the fact i run 3.73 gear the tranny will shift to fast. I am going to drill 2 1/8" holes in the governor and see how it goes in the large weight
 
If you are happy with your 1-2 shift rpm then do not drill the small weight as this will affect the 1-2 and make it higher. I have played with that aspect of it alot.
Im not sure what will affect the 2-3 by itself without the 1-2.
prob better to call chris and ask him, or buy his manual.
