I recently installed the full throttle Bailey 2-step and I misplaced the manual. I have it kinda working but I don’t wanna mess with it anymore before I cause harm. Can anyone help me set it up and explain what all them switches do. Like what is main RPM trig RPM and mode do.

I bought one of these about 2 years ago and I never installed it. You just gave me something to do this weekend. I have the instructions I looked in that white box it comes in and I have the book. I’m gunna do mine over the weekend. If you have any questions feel free to message me and I’ll send you pics of any pages you need in the instructions manual.

main is your overall rpm limit so set that at like 6800-7k depending on how hard you spin her . then the trigger rpm limit set it to 2500-3k that's the 2 step limit when triggered pretty strait forward .

I have it all figured out now but the problem I am running into now is boost spiking under 2 step. I have it set low (2k) and it will work for a second than it will like die down and pick back up. What is causing that

That’s because of the wastegate hole not being large enough. I port all my turbine housing so it doesn’t do that

The only real way to cure the problem is to port the wastegate hole. You can check your alignment of the wastegate flap and the hole it’s covering on the turbine housing

you can also get intake popping from the ignition lighting air-fuel on the wrong stroke (during cam overlap), richening the air-fuel mixture under these conditions will alleviate it. What chip are you running?

Could you tell me what the last set of switches do. The Mode panel.
