Need help with this TT chip.

I recently purchased my GN back after 18 years. The previous owner has made several changes and Im trying to sort through things. The Turbo Tweak chip reads as follows:

5.4 - 596
TURBO TWEAK
50# Alcohol
23/20 - 23-25PSI
I know it has 50# injectors and a PAC by Alkycontrol. I'd really like to be a little more conservative with 18/20 PSI
since I don't track it. Will this be something I need a pro tuner too do? Thanks for any help.

Oh BTW, the fact that I have R&R'd the chip, will it have to be retuned? I did not turn on the key in the process.

I failed to mention the car struggles to make 16 PSI. Its seems to be misfiring at that PSI. I do have a TR6 ignition ordered from Bob B for sometime in Oct. Hopefully that will cure the misfiring issues.

That chip is very old. You would be better off starting with a new chip for your setup, and the boost level you want to run. If you are running alcohol injection at only 16psi, it will be rich and misfire.
