Need to know about this rifle?

Had a passing in the family and inherited this rifle. Not to sure about it, so I’m posting it here. Got Wrichards or something written on it.

what gauge
any serial numbers on it
its either a cheap Belgium knock off ( not safe to shoot)
or made in Liverpool 18 hundreds gun

Can't tell for sure, w/o a better closeup, but the barrel looks to be "Damascus" twisted design.
That design is not to be used w/ modern day, hi pressure powder.

Very cool for hanging above fireplace. Wipe it down occasionally with a lightly oiled T-shirt/cloth to preserve it.

Like others have stated, DO NOT SHOOT MODERN AMMUNITION !!!! It does look like a nice wall hanger.
