Needed: Rear passenger floor pan

I need a section of floor pan.
The rear passenger foot well. Relpacing a rusted section and would like the perimeter cut along near the top so 4-5 inches of the sides are there all around; up to the front seat mounts if possible.
$55 + 15 for shipping sound fair?
