I just put in a new B&M composite X shifter. I disconnected the bar and removed the parts that go to the shifter mechanism on the tranny. Does anyone have pictures of how this is connected? I am having problems adjusting the shifter. I follow all of the directions properly, but I still get a slight grinding sound at times. It seems the shifter (which is the proper one for the 200-R4) is not in sync with the P R N (D) D 3 2 1 shift points. Any hints?
