Precision has just released their latest Billet wheel turbo.
The PTE 6262 and the PTE 6265 both can be bought with the new billet wheel technology. Looks like the street guys are getting even closer to the race guys

Billet wheel

What's the advantage of the billet wheel? Faster spool? When do you think they might release the billet wheel to the larger turbos (70HPQ -72HPQ)

Supposed to be a little more peak hp. They are rated at 670 & 680 hp and can be bought in ball bearing. I have seen less back pressure at the same boost on another billet wheel I tested.

are they going to come out with a billet wheel for the 6765? how much more money is it for a billet wheel?

Ha Ha, finally a vendor breaks the seal and fills us in.

They already have a Billet 6765, I posted about how AMS has it on an EVO with dyno graphs and it's destroying everything. I am sure Cal will be able to hook you up.

With these wheels it's pointless to go smaller than a 62mm wheel for us, it probably spools like a TA49 or smaller after seeing the dyno graph of the old 6776 vs 6765 Billet/Boosted.

Cal, how much for that turbo Journal Bearing and Ball Bearing?

On pricing you should probably PM Cal.
He or Holly will get right back with you.

State the damned price. It's not a secret....or is it?

Because of our agreement with PTE, we are only allowed to quote retail on a public forum. The RETAIL prices are $1121.99 for journal and $1399.99 for BB. Feel free to PM us for more details ;)

We did some billet wheel testing over the winter, too. Is it possible that you have the wrong info on the turbo size? PTE hasn't made a 67....yet
