I just had a 109 shortblock built by JRMotorsports. This motor is professionally built, professionally assembled to blue print specs with proper torque plates. Here are the details:
1. 109 block
2. Two center PROGRAM Billet main caps
3. STD/STD Turbo Crank
4. Line Hone/Line Bore
5. Clean/ Magnaflux (block and crank)
6. Polished crank
7. .040 DIAMOND Pistons
8. Diamond Rings (File Fit)
9. New freeze plugs
10. New Cam bearings (TA Performance)
11. New Rod/Main bearings (Clevite)
12. Block is Decked
13. Balanced rotating assembly
14. Resized, shot peened rods with SPS bolts
15. ARP main studs
This build usually runs $3800 plus your core block and crank. I will sell the shortblock for $3500 OBO no core required.
