in most cities in the country, atleast those with sound ordinances....if your bike is loud, they pull you over and if your pipes don't say harley davidson, you with be ticketed. if the baffles are drilled to take the epa's cork out of it's ass and say HD...you probably get a pass. unless they have decibel reader.... now pulling over HA's... cops gotta have a big pair and probably not have a lot of family...just my opinion

Some people have good poinfs it’s the system being broken from supporting all these illegals. Before any starts bashing me I am not just talking about Mexicans. There are illegals from everywhere that are abusing the system. The wife works for the state (Illinois) and she see ever abuse of the system you can think of. We need to take a stand and say it’s enough. We can’t support it any longer.
I know this country was established by immigrants and we were welcomed with open arms to an extent. This was back in the early America when growth was needed and could support it. America can’t anymore and we are going broke. When is enough? There are people that are seeking asylum because of their countries being prosecuted by their government but we can’t be responsible. They need to rebel against the government and establish something that works for theM. They won’t because it’s a lot easier for them to come to America and live of us working people. So why sacrifice anything if we will give them a place to live for free, free food stamps and medical. Fuck make me want to be an illegal.

Yeah That Cali laws sucks and I really hope it gets repealed a for does not get adopted by other states. 1000 bucks is pretty for a law biding working class fellow. But in the eyes of the leftist, greedy money hungry politicians it’s a cash cow. WOW!!!move out!!!!

It seems like this law was propagated by the muffler companies so all the Turbo Regal owners in California will buy and install the three muffler system. That way everyone will be quiet as a church mouse and run 9's.

Let the ricers pay all the fines, then they can't afford to put triple whale tails on the back, wings on the hood and all that other ridiculous Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancements. Lol

If you do not have a driver's license and you are illegal or not, you will be in deep shift.
 
What a crock of shit. I live in Massachusetts , which is a cesspool of liberal lunacy in its own right, and can totally see the moonbats that run the show here enacting the same kind of BS. Every year at inspection time I get nervous that they will see that I don't have a Cat, and will throw me in the hoosegow. So far so good, but I know its a matter of time until the libturds out my way pull the same type of nonsense. Hopefully you guys can fight it. Nice thing here in Jersey is once you slap QQ (historic) plates on your car you pretty much have free reign. No more inspections. Registration is free. Ive never heard 1st hand of anyone being bothered.

Money from State issued infractions does not go to the Police Department it goes to the state to pay for the Police Academies primarily so stop spreading rumors and it certainly doesn't go towards his salary. U sound ridiculous when u say that. Educate urself! Parking tickets and town ordinances go to the city NOT state issued infractions for improper exhaust systems.

Yea, and so many cops on the street carry around an extended mirror with them to check under cars. That made me lol literally! Stop talking out of ur ass.

In my great state of Maryland, they passed the law to open casinos a few years ago. Everyone voted on it with the understanding the revenue would go to the school systems. Of course that didn't happen. States allocate the revenue they receive how ever they please no matter what they tell you up front. Usually it is to fill their own pockets with ridiculous pay increases every year. They will tell you what ever you want to hear to get bills passed, then turn around and do what they want with it. Just saying, don't believe everything your told, especially if they work for the corrupt government that's running this shit show.
 
Amen to that I live in one of the Fly Over States call Oklahoma and love it I know a lot of people think we're just a bunch of hillbilly rednecks but when you watch the street outlaws show and come here it's not like that at all, although some of those guys are buffoons, if you like guns,Cars and Freedom this is the place to be we don't even have state inspections you basically do what you want to your car regardless of what it is or how new it is
