Everything checked out at the machine shop. He said a polish would fix it up really nice. He also said all the previous clearances were very good according to the info I gave him from gnttype. If it weren't for the stupid timing set coming apart, I probably could have left it alone for a while. It's worth the peace of mind to have it freshened up though. Looks like I'll have to deal with the crank next time around if I don't go LSX/4 speed.
