Hello everyone,

I live in Fort Worth, TX.

I just purchased my 3rd 87' Grand National.

As far as mechanical knowledge of these cars, I would probably be considered a newbie as I always had a mechanic work on my past Grand Nationals.

However, I want to become familiar with all aspects of this current Grand National so I can do most work on the car myself. The previous owner pointed me to this forum because he said the members on here are very nice and extremely helpful.

I look forward to learning all about these cars from the members on this site.

As I learn, I will definitely chime in to help others.

Any other turbo Buick owners in the Fort Worth, Texas area?

A few pictures of the latest GN...

Congrats - car looks great! And welcome aboard! I'm still in Pull-Ups as I haven't quite made it into my big boy pants as of yet (in the Turbo Buick World that is)! I'm working on it though, but, there is a whole lot to learn here, trust me! Lots of great / well informed folks on here to help you along the way though! So fear not as this is an awesome place to be if you are a fan of the Turbo Buick cars! Lots of luck to you!!

Hey Dhos1!

Nice! I am on the northwest side of Fort Worth, near Saginaw.

How about you?

Thanks so much Mike!

That is great!

I look forward to chatting with you and hopefully meeting up with you one of these days.

I am sure we will be talking more in the near future. I am sure to have questions when things start breaking. LOL!

Have a great week.

Welcome to the site.:)
Lots of good Turbo Buick people in Texas. Charlief1 lives there too. :D
Here's some evening reading to wrap your head around. http://www.turbobuick.com/threads/info-for-new-turbo-regal-owners.380856/
Don't get too uptight if you don't understand all of it. Just try to grasp the concepts. Get with some of the local Turbo Buick people in your area and they can help you fill in the gaps. Make sure that it has a safe tune, before you pound the rod bearings and head gaskets out of it.;)

Once again. Welcome to the site and happy spooling...
