Congrates to Sean on the win and the first car in the nine's, Also a big thanks to Kip, Ed and every body else for putting forth the effort in coming up with this class that has been off the hook. I hope to be there with you guys next year.
 
Yeah next year is going to be awesome. I hope to be up there with another non-stroker:cool:

Congrats on laying down several 9 second passes your first couple times out, I'm sure there is more in it and faster times to come... Looks like next year the rest of the field will be chasing you that's for sure... Keep up the hard work, it's definitely paying off.... ;)

Congrats Sean on the fast car you have- nice meeting you too.

That was an awesome event! I had a blast! Thanks to Hartline and everyone who helped put the event together!

The 13.006 was the car's new best in my almost TSA legal GN at 3710#'s with 60#'s of junk I forgot to take out of the trunk (I drove the car 450 miles each way and ran it without doing anything more than checking FP and swapping chips and fixing a missing downpipe bolt- thanks JD). Even if you don't have a 9 second car, this class is fun to run. Heads up and a great group of folks. I'm definitely going to bring my T to run more events next year now that I see how much fun that was!

Sean great job!...you and Jeff put on quite a show...both of you made very consistent runs. It was nice to get to meet a few more folks than I did in BG. I sure wish I had one more run in that crossover pipe....need to work on my pre-race inspection a bit.

I also want to join the other racers in thanking Cal, Holly, and Clint for putting on a great race...and thanks to the sponsors and vendors as well. I hope to race in THS a few times next year...it was a lot of fun!

There are many of nonstroker guys out there. The Indiana banana and Phil m both have gone 9.3s, and my engine has gone 9.6s. Just takes a little more boost:) the 6768 I just got is actually rated at more HP than my old 70gtq was with the 4x2.5 cover it had. Plus I ditched the 9" and th400 which should free up power but adding 50lbs. Who knows what it'll do next year. At least I figured out the chronic popping issue that plagued me for the last 2 years:) Just wish I had enough $$$ to change out the cam.

Getting O.T.
Not THS legal.... but I heard a rumor that a 67HPQ 4 bolt has already been 9.20's.......just a rumor.
