This is on a stock turbo that is in need of a rebuild. This is the turbo I ran at BPG last weekend and a few seen how bad it was when I had it off the car
Direct Scan showed the car is shifting at 4k on the 1-2 and 4600 on the 2-3 other than that the files looked good.
