And you know what?... If it sticks long enough they close almost everything down here!!

Not where we live.
Takes a Lot before they close anything in these parts.

In fact people keep driving the sames speeds as if it were dry out.

Did you hear about the accident this morning off Indian Lakes and Ferrel Pky? They said that some one died off the accident as well... :(

Yeah, that was bad stuff. That's the way I go to work, had to take Kempsville to Prin Anne to get to Dam Neck road. I'm just glad I usually drive my Z71 to work, love the Auto 4x4.

I heard the guy survived the wreck and was outside his vehicle on the cell when a FEDEX driver hit him

So I went and found that Sunoco that sells the good stuff yesterday. Well..... Um... I somehow managed to successfully expain myself out of the $110 fill up to the wife... :D I completely lost track of how much gas I was putting in and I filled the tank from empty to full with 100 octane... oops. Anyways.... the car loves it. Thanks to whoever mentioned this place. It's nice to have a supply of the good stuff on tap nearby. Hopefully the weather will hold out this weekend so I can go enjoy it a little bit...

Where?? now, you know you have to share... :D

That was me that told you. It's the Sunoco on the West side on Military Hwy on Indian River Road.

Take 64 to Indian River West. Go down Indian River about 2 miles. Just as you pass Military Highway Sunoco is on the left. They have Unleaded 100 and Leaded 110. It's $5.89 per gallon for each. But can you really put a price on boost?

Even if my TT chip is setup for 93, can I still use 100/110 octane on my car?

Yea I sat in the parking lot, took me 2hrs to get to Dam Neck 14.9miles...the guy rolled his car on the black ice then he got out of his car and was on the fone with 911 and a Pepsi truck jackknifed and hit and killed him....prayers too his family.....

You can run the 100 with no problem. All the 93 octane part of your chip does is control how much timing to allow. You can move your boost up due to the increased octane and decreased detonation though. More boost = more fun... right? ;) Don't run the 110 unless you have spare O2 sensors laying around. It's leaded fuel and will kill your sensor in time. Also, to get the 110, you have to either have your car up on a trailer or put the fuel into fuel jugs.... "For Race Use Only."

By the way, I have this Iron on paper in which you can print pics on the paper and iron it on a t-shirt or any type of cloth. I was looking for a nice pic to use and see how it does come out. Any good GN/T Type pics that any of you recommend.

I found a few good ones of the GMHightech website and will be using it for test. Let's see how it goes...

Thanks Ron. You know I tried that paper and it works pretty good. I think I'm going to buy some T-shirts and come up with a few good pics and make my own stuff! Also, I finally put my pimp daddy rims and tires for sale on craiglist, so if you know of anyone that want to buy either the rims or tires or perhaps both let them know I have some. The tire size is 245/45/R18 all four.

So I guess this thread is our local bulletin board...

I figured out why my car sits a little higher in the front... duh. I pulled the AC out of it after I had put the Eibach Lowering springs in. Doh! anyways, makes sense now. I'm in the market for some rear springs and shocks now. Thinking of going with some Moog stockers for the rear and a pair of KYB shocks for now. I'll go with bilsteins when the old lady gives me the okay to get the HR Swaybar and uppers and lowers....

Anyways... Just thought I'd mention this since someone asked me about it and I couldn't figure out why...

So, anything new with you guys lately? and when are we going to make a trip to a track somewhere?

Yup, I guess we could call it our local board. Anyhow, me I got the Ok from boss lady to get me a better set of rims and tires with the condition that I sell my pimp daddy ones. :D So, I spoke to Randy for some advice as to what size of tire I should go on the rear. The only concern I have is the back spacing info. I have no idea what that is and the shops that I have been through so far are not helpful at all. They don't know squat; all the keep saying is to go with the OEM size of tire. Soooooooooo, I want to go with 265 or 275 in the rear, but I need to know for sure what back spacing and what I else I need to do. I don't want to alter the vehicle at all, just want to put some good fat tires in the rear and move on with life... Any thoughts???

Wassup Ron I guess this is the Norfolk/Virginia Beach/Chesapeake Forum maybe one of the Kind Admin's Could make us a place of our own since we don' really fit in...in any of the other Forums.....thanks Geoff87 if you read this......anyhow....not sure on the Track Trip since the damn weather can't make up its mind what it wants to do.....just been going to school and working around the house here.....lets plan to another Gettogether soon like this weekend say Hooters on sunday for Lunch/Dinner whatever works for everyone. Bring the wifes together as well.......

Lunch or dinner this Sunday sounds good. I like the idea of the wives being there. I think it will be good for our boss ladies to meet...:D Not sure about the hooters idea since I don't really like the food there... perhaps a good chineese buffet or Golden corral. Now I do know that most of you live in the Virginia Beach side, but there is a good Golden Corral off Battlefield Blvd as well as a good chinese buffet. Also, there is a chinese buffet at the Red Mill area, I believe is called "One" or "1" something like that. Anyhow whatever the majority wants to do it's fine. I think is a good thing. My wife and I are in. ;)

The weather is supposed to be great this weekend. so I'm definately up for an outing. I love food in general, so Hooters, #1 Chinese Buffet, Golden Corral, McDonalds, wherever is good for me. But Randy, I think we'd look funny sitting around in the Lowes parking lot, so the answer is no. :p

Just got the okay from the old lady to get the rear Bilsteins and Moog CC627 springs with part of the tax return. Hopefully I'll be leveled out and riding less rough in a week or so. The car rides hard as heck in the rear right now. Shocks and springs should cure me..... Of course, aside from the speed bumps on 264, I'll have to try it out at a track soon... soooooo... We need to get something planned... Anywhere is good for me... I'd prefer an 1/8 mile track since I'm going to be focusing on launching, but 1/4 works too if it's a better track...
