She did only have the one pup. At the time we palpated her the vet said she “felt” 4 lumps. If that is the case then sometime during the pregnancy she abosorbed the other 3. That left this little girl getting 100% of the nutrients and she got to large to birth naturally, hence the lovely scar on mom’s tummy (most pictures in the Week 1 album).
