Mods are in my sig. I've tuned the crap out of this build and dyno'd 520HP/580TQ to the wheels. The 6152 is stated to flow 650 crank HP, which I'm at if you say 20% drivetrain loss. I was thinking to upgrade to maybe a 6466 turbo and 100lb or so injectors so I can also run E85. What else would I need to support the turbo and injectors? Dual fuel pumps and bigger body fuel lines?

I'm sorry to tell you, but you have a lot more tuning to do. I say throw the dyno numbers out the window. If the dyno numbers and your et/mph are like for like, you have at least another 7mph to go plus in that turbo/ injectors / etc - seriously. probably need a combination of more boost/timing/rpm..

You have more to go with your current combo. I ran the numbers in my sig. at 26# with a 6262..

My #'s are on 91 octane at 24lbs boost. I couldn't get any more timing in without seeing knock. Were you running race gas?

Intercooler and turbo and get the fuel to support them. More boost.

I am no expert but wouldn't upgrading the Dutt neck stock intercooler to a more efficient Precision SLIC or better yet an RJC FMIC help you reach your goals ?

The pain of owning a TTA. It's almost impossible to find an aftermarket intercooler...

TTA owners are like vultures. We feed on any scraps from the GN parts bin that will fit our cars.
