please help!! i hooked up the boost to the power logger as per the instructions on vortex but it is not working. where does the analog cable plug into? i plugged it into my laptop. it doesn't seem right though. i spliced into the light green wire that is going up towards the front of the car and hooked that to the PW i/o block. i then cut into the gray wire with the black stripe and spliced that into c14 on the ecm wire bundle. im sure i am missing something.

the beige analog cable plugs between the analog connection block and the PowerLogger unit. The connector on the PowerLogger is right next to the USB plug, but points to the side.

Make sure none of the pins are bent in the analog cable.

oooohhh...i didn't notice another connection on the pl. thank you very much!!

I made all of the connections as per vortex buick and i still am not getting a reading of boost to the PL. in addition now the led gage on the instrument panel is not working. can someone please advise??

The factory boost gauge runs off the map sensor. Once you have cut the signal "green wire" the factory gauge will no longer work.

It is sometimes necessary to tap the tps power and run a jumper over the the map power. ;)

Where did you tap into the MAP signal wire? Or did you cut the MAP signal wire? Where did you feed that signal into the powerlogger's analog block????
I hope you've installed a 3 bar map. As fast as you're running. The stock 2 bar map will only show boost up to about 14.7psi.

I followed the instructions on vortex buick. i tapped into the light green wire inside the glove box on the right. i didn't cut the wire so that doesn't explain why the factory led gauge is no longer working. i connected the green wire to location #2 on the pl analog block. i also cut the gray wire with black stripe and ran an extension wire to c14 on the ecm wire bundle. i had read that this is the way to tap into the tps voltage. i have a 2 bar map (stock) installed at the moment. i have razor's alky kit with three bar map waiting to be installed. i wanted to get the pl up and familiarize myself with it before going any further. thanks for any further help.
