no start

Well got my parts needed to get car back up and going and it don't start.I Have injectors pulse,ccci fuse good injector fuse good,power at module terminal p.etc etc etc. I replaced cam sensor ,crank sensor,module and still no spark at plug....so i am baffled whats next to check here guys....


i changed the chip for the aem wideband and 85mm maf,since last year.I also added scanmaster and logger.The logger,scanmaster and wbo2 are not wired in yet,could this be the cause to not start....
 
Orange wire by the battery plugged in?

The crank sensor gives the signal to fire the plugs. Make sure it's plugged in and set up right.
 
Orange wire hooked up tried to diffreent crank sensors still no go.bought a third still no go,going to check wire to it next.
 
Your getting power to both pink and black wires on the module? Have you tried another module?

Have you swapped ecms?

How about grounds? Did you mess with them at all? Do you have a caspers relocation kit? Is the wire to the block hooked up. Just throwing it out there.

Never swapped ecm,just put new chip in for setup.did not mess with any grounds.the module in now is brand new,just bought. Ground to ecm is good no breaks,have injector pulse when crankn and fuel .I bought new crank sensor no change from before. What I have battery volts at p terminal on module.what other wire pin is there.
 
have power at pin m.

I did notice my casper cam cap is not blinking when cranking it ,which according to directions it is suppose to. So i checked cam wire pin b jumped to pin c only has 5.11 volts.Pin b to ground is 5.11 volts also.But when first touch them they are above the required 6 volts it is like 8.7.So is the module i just got dropping the voltage or what.I am sure it is going to be something dumb....
 
Rule out a bad ECM by turning the ign "on" but don't start. Watch for the check engine light to blink once, and then stay lit. If it does, ECM is functioning. If no CK eng light at all, ECM is caput...aks me how I know...:rolleyes: HTH ---Keith
 
You did try a stock style cam sensor cover? I never did have much luck with the caspers led cap. Don't know how that would mess with spark but it's worth a shot.

dumb thing here, but is it a commander chip with the security feature ? If so after batt disconnect.. it is on and you have to do the gas pedal dance to start:)
 
no it is not..


i started check ecm power points and now got weak spark..so i am going to check wires in area...
 
ok did some wire connection checks at ecm and found a factory splice that was broke.Maybe from removal of computer to access who knows.Fixed that got spark back.Keyed it up and had no fuel pump so did a few test and found that rely is not working.Fixed that....now problem three still no start but have spark,no fuel at rail.So key up can hear pump running and like a gurgling noise in tank.Drop tank remove sender and find hose in tank to suppy fuel is off...So guess i found all my issues tomorrow make a run get some high pressure hose and clamps and see what happens....

Its ALIVE AND KICKING.....thanks to all that helped and gave me some direction.Now to get wb02 ,scanmaster,logger etc back in and working....Then to get all the painted panels back and on.
