No YO-YO shift kit?

hey guys

My trans has lost the 2 gear band and i'm have it rebuilt. the guy that is rebuilding it found a tag on the inside of the case showing that it has a no yo yo shift kit in it. can anybody give me some info on what they did to the trans in the kit? cause he is noot famialer with a nno yo yo shift kit so we are in the dark about it and copy of the paperwork would be nice .

That is a TransGo SK(shift kit).

Not the kit for a high performance unit but just a problem prevention deal that professional shops often use.

I would rebuild using a Alto red Eagle Hi-perf band, and a good servo. Thent he normal stuff.

You can use a different performance shift kit if you desire. The TransGo kit is good, and lots of people like the CKperformance stuff.

Also if you want a fresh start on the seperator plate it is GM PN 8657309.

If you buy the CK kit it comes with a new plate, Buy it with his servo, you wont regret it

THat kid bought a shift lit on enay the other day without telliung me sorry,
I will be at etown tomorrow, still have that problem with my Brake though.
