O2 milivolts going to 000 after boost

Usually after I let off boost it usually goes to about 20-28" vacuum, I get a heavy smell of oil, and the millivolts go to 000 for about 2-3 seconds. Is this normal???
I do have open breathers on both valve covers.

That's normal. With open breathers your going to get the oil smell (blow by) especially after boost. When you let off the throttle the computer goes into DFCO (deceleration fuel cut off) so the O2's will go to "0" for a few seconds

Thanks. Going to have to mount some kind of catch can for the oil/vapors and the put the vent/filter towards the rear of the car. The fumes are killing me.
