octane question...

I may be oversimplifying, but one of the best feelings is learning how to launch one of these cars.

Almost like hanging on to a well tuned two-stroke motorcycle!

Well, when you figure it out, give me a call. I could use a tutorial.

No factory built production car, Dodge Demon, Porsche, Ferrari, or Bugatti for that matter, got shit on a modified, deep 9 second Buick in the 0-60 department. Maybe on the street, yes.

No not on the street either with the right tire and setup and driver.not even close

Pulled off a pretty good one today. First attempt went up in smoke & left two nice black stripes. Came back around & tried to line up on those two stripes. Pumped the brakes 3X, brought boost up, let loose & nailed it. Best launch yet.

Granted... I'm not near the power level a lot of you guys are running.

Hey even my stock long block lc2 wagon with bolt ons pulls mid 3's to 60 with probably around 420 at the crank

Theres something about the ability to launch a turbo v6+ the TQ it generates low+the G-body+the gearing+the weight that makes it beat everything..
