Odd GN spotting

Ok so I was on my way to work one morning headed north on I-55 north in Cape Girardeauu Mo. I look over
in the southbound lane and I see what looks like a GN with wide load banners on the bumpers and I think a light bar on it. It was escorting a house trailer or something. Definitely had a hood bubble and emblems. Very clean looking car from the quick glimpse i saw. Usually the escort cars are dirty and beat up but this thing looked mint. Surely it was a replica.

I grew up down there. I wouldve expected it to have a lift in the rear with some tractor tires under it.
